Reference
1600 from Ambience. The Reference 1600 model incorporates
the Ambience ribbon driver, which has proven to be extremely reliable
and robust. They have a natural tendency to roll off at frequencies
above 16 KHz, without the use of electronic filter networks, adding
coloration and distortion. The 1600 has upward firing bass drivers,
which gives them excellent ability to perform under any situation,
irrespective of room influences and positioning. A loudspeaker that is
very versatile.
Ultra
1600 from Ambience. The Ultra 1600 features a reliable and
robust ribbon driver, giving them excellent ability to perform under
any situation, regardless of room influences and positioning. A
loudspeaker that is very versatile, with a natural tendency to roll off
at frequencies above 15 KHz, without the use of electronic filter
networks, plus a matched upward firing bass driver with a useful lower
frequency response well below 30 Hz.
Latour
from Shindo Labs. The Latour is a two way design with a compression driver on a horn for the mid/high and a 15" stiff paper, short throw woofer for the lows. The Latour is a tube friendly 100db efficient and 16ohms flat impedance. It features an adjustable woofer/tweeter level for room placement/matching optimization. Also available is a smaller version featuring a 12" woofer with field coil or Alnico magnets and a smaller field coil compression driver for the mid/high. Which one is right for you depends on the room dimensions.
SoloVox
from Auditorium 23.
The SoloVox is capable of the most extraordinary, life-like, natural and unforced music reproduction with the amplifiers of the most modest output power and they can do this with an ease of placement in moderate sized rooms that it was only recently taken to be unthinkable in an open baffle design. The SoloVox brings all the distinctive virtues of the open baffle to all listening rooms. The SoloVox cabinet design unites the advantages of acoustic baffle and closed housings and achieves optimal utilization of the sound energy radiated to the rear. Ordinarily troublesome diffraction effects of the sound waves radiated forward are reduced by the shape of the acoustic baffle The proportions of energy radiated rearward are dispersed by specially formed elements allowing a positioning near the wall in smaller rooms. The laterally radiated sound waves join the forward ones in ways that literally make the enclosure disappear. Music is played as if in space before you and not from speakers: the ultimate "disappearing" act.

Tamino System

Britannia B2
from REL. For anyone but REL, the B2 would be their signature model. B2 reproduces much of B1’s design, including the patented balanced ARM loading, but in a more compact 10” design with a lower power rating. Forward firing makes this model similarly flexible in placement. Performance is deeply concussive, with high output levels. Quality isn’t everything; it’s the only thing. All Britannia Series feature 24 crossover frequencies from 22-96Hz, using precision trimmed circuits. Cremona "M"
from Sonus faber. Cremona M, (M = modified) is a loudspeaker that builds forward the recognized technological value of Elipsa in order to achieve new levels of performance in sound reproduction. State of the art components – with particular reference to the midrange made of randomized fibre – combined with a cross-over network that remains faithful to the principle of maximum simplicity, allows this loudspeaker to express itself with great speed, transparency, naturalness and with control of low frequencies. R7 Loudspeaker
from Rega Research uses a new three-way driver system developed from our flagship loudspeaker the R9. All drivers are produced in house to Rega’s exact specifications. This allows greater control over characteristics of each unit and ultimately this contributes a great deal to the outstanding sound quality. One of the more important new features of the R7 is the single side firing 7" bass driver, which utilises a 6 layer voice coil in aluminium rather than copper. This allows us to eradicate any crossover filters for this driver giving the bass seamless integration with the mid range unit and exceptional timing.
R5 Loudspeaker
from Rega Research is an exceptional loudspeaker. Using a dynamic three
driver set up it offers extraordinary accurate low frequency and very
even, and extended high quality treble performance. It is precisely

R1 Loudspeaker

It’s accurate low frequency and very even, and extended high quality treble generate a well balanced enjoyable performance and it is precisely these attributes which set the R1 apart from the competition, producing an extremely versatile, dynamic and musical sound.
12L2 Bookshelf Speaker
from Quad is slightly larger than its stand-mount sibling and as such, offers a slightly wider dynamic range. It also uses a larger 6.5" version of the KEVLAR bass driver, with the low-reflection chassis seen throughout the series.
Transient attack and detail are first-class, as is the wide dispersion (reaching across 90 degrees from axis). Bass extension is also impressive with the -3db point reached at 45Hz.
Finished in piano laquered gloss, these are excellent all-rounders which will bring out the most in a music collection.
ESL-2805
from Quad uses six panels. The inner two panels of the ESL-2805s construction, utilize concentric anode rings for point source imaging, and the outer rings are linear in their response. The clarity of mid-range for which the Quads are most famed is fully in evidence, as is the sparkling detail and transparency that has long been the hallmark of this series. Their response characteristics are virtually identical and a base weight of 34.8kg together with the rigid bracing, ensures they are suitably deep in bass and dynamic enough to fill all but the largest of listening rooms.
Max Hemp
from Omega Speakers. The Maxhemp (Maximum response system) uses an 8” dual cone (MQ8Lbomega). Proprietary Omega Hemp Cone full-range driver that is made for Omega Speaker Systems. These drivers incorporate a very light cone and very strong motor to produce high sensitivity, speed, transparency, and excellent detail with amazing low-level resolution. A new proprietary whizzer cone has been developed to insure the smoothest midrange and wide dispersion. The Maxhemp is a perfect point source and is phase correct. Imaging and soundstage reproduction are exceptional.
The Model 2Ce Signature II
from Vandersteen. The legendary Model 2 series has set the standard for affordable high-fidelity loudspeakers for over 20 years. The 2Ce Signature is more transparent and conveys spatial information better than any previous Model 2 series loudspeaker. The low frequencies are tighter and more detailed. The highs are cleaner and lower in distortion. With the addition of the 2Ce Signature, the Model 2 series reaches a new pinnacle of performance and musicality. The Quatro
from Vandersteen. The Vandersteen Quatro speakers provide enhanced performance by combining the 3a Signature and a pair of 2Wq's in a more esthetically pleasing enclosure, simplifying the setup procedure and presenting a less imposing presence in the room. The Vandersteen Quatro has many of the same attributes as the Model 5 without the cost of the veneered cabinet. Like all Vandersteen speakers, Quatros are completely time and phase accurate. They set new standards for speakers at this price point with wide bandwidth and linearity; exceptional resolution and imaging; and outstanding naturalness and musicality.
